Job Title: Order Management Administrator / Support
Location: Toronto, ON
Pay Rate: $25 – $28/hour
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Management Administrator / Support professional to join our team in Toronto, ON. This role is responsible for supporting order management processes, ensuring accurate data handling, and providing timely customer support in a fast-paced workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain customer orders, including canceling and adjusting order lines as required.
- Retrieve, process, and submit invoices to customers via email in a timely manner.
- Perform general order management administrative tasks, including data cleanup and system updates.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of order data across systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order discrepancies and customer inquiries.
- Maintain organized records and documentation related to order management activities.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
- Post-secondary diploma or degree from an accredited institution.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and French (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Project Management-related discipline.
- Engineering Technology Diploma or a University Degree in Engineering is an asset.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with extensive daily data entry.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work varied hours to support national business needs.
