Design, build and maintain agents that learn from session replays and surface issues and recommendations for different personas Collaborate closely with engineering to improve existing pipelines and implement context enrichment strategies that maximize outcome Deliver production-ready features by leveraging existing pipelines, embeddings, vector databases,



LLMs and orchestration frameworks Partner with customers to turn impactful use cases into product features Stay current with the latest advancements in LLMs, agent architectures and AI tooling What we’re looking for

Proficiency in Python with proven ability to build product applications Hands‑on experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph) Good knowledge of ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) Familiarity with APIs, microservices and cloud platforms (preferably AWS) Exposure to OLAP and vector databases (ClickHouse is a big plus) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure Contact
