Client is seeking an accomplished Full Stack Developer with expertise in Generative AI technologies to join the Resilience Technology team. This role will focus on designing and implementing scalable solutions in Python and React, leveraging GenAI tools to enhance development velocity and solution quality. The position is part of a high-profile program supporting firmwide resilience, regulatory requirements, and critical production deliverables in 2025 and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions using Python and React within an agile team
- Leverage Generative AI tools and coding assistants to improve development speed and solution quality
- Collaborate with global teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
- Participate in scrum meetings, report on project status, and adapt to evolving regulatory requirements
- Learn and apply Client’s proprietary frameworks and best practices
- Write comprehensive unit tests to ensure code reliability and maintainability
- Respond proactively to change, mastering new technical and business concepts as needed





Required Qualifications

- 7+ years of overall development experience, with 5+ years of hands‑on Python expertise
- Proven ability to write optimized, effective, and clean code
- Experience with Generative AI technologies and coding assistants
- Proficiency in RDBMS and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB preferred)
- Strong grasp of OOP principles and design patterns
- Solid working knowledge of Linux/Unix and shell scripting
- Strong analytical skills to design and implement solutions to complex problems
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to write thorough unit tests covering major logic components

Preferred Qualifications

- Advanced database skills, including PL/SQL and query optimization
- Familiarity with layered and component-based architecture
- Scripting expertise in Python, Perl, or Unix shell
- Exposure to web, batch, and streaming application types
- Experience working in global Agile Scrum teams
