Enhance enterprise network performance as a Network Administrator. Support network services including LAN/WAN, VPNs, and critical connectivity while contributing to modernization projects and security enhancements.
In this role, you will be a key player in the Infrastructure and Operations Team, ensuring high availability and reliability of network services. You’ll tackle complex incidents, monitor performance, and engage in troubleshooting. Experience in on-premises and hybrid cloud environments will aid you in supporting vital modernization initiatives and disaster recovery efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide operational support for network and voice/video services
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues
• Monitor network performance and react to incidents
• Support platform upgrades and hybrid cloud connectivity
• Maintain network security controls per cybersecurity standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering
• 5+ years in enterprise IT infrastructure roles
• Experience with LAN/WAN, VPNs, and hybrid environments
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and operational support
• Robust troubleshooting and automation skills
