This position collaborates with the Talent Acquisition team to support high-volume hiring. You will manage scheduling, coordinate interviews, and handle candidate communications. With your keen attention to detail, you’ll streamline operations and maintain positive candidate experiences while actively sourcing talent through various platforms.

Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate interview schedules across multiple teams • Manage candidate communications and calendars • Assist in reviewing applications and screenings • Source candidates through LinkedIn and other tools • Help build talent pipelines for open roles

Requirements: • 1–3 years experience in recruitment coordination • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Capability to juggle various roles and priorities • Proactive mindset with effective communication • Experience in a fast-paced hiring workplace
