Drive organizational growth as the Director of People and Culture. Lead talent strategy and advisory services, leveraging interpersonal skills and strategic insight to align HR initiatives with business priorities.
This critical leadership role requires a combination of ten years of experience in HR and financial understanding. As a strategic partner, you will enhance organizational capabilities, providing support in governance, talent management, and communications. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and senior leaders to shape effective people strategies that foster a robust workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee corporate governance and partner engagement
• Manage strategic talent and organizational design initiatives




• Foster strong relationships with business leaders
• Lead on project management for HR initiatives
• Ensure HR governance aligns with business objectives
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree is required
• Minimum of ten years’ relevant HR experience
• CHRP or CHRL designation preferred
• Experience in financial or professional services
• Strong foundation in financial and accounting principles
