My client, a leading technology consulting practice, is seeking an experienced

ServiceNow Technical Architect

to join its

national ServiceNow team . This is a strategic, hands‑on role for an architect who enjoys setting technical direction, influencing stakeholders, and delivering secure, scalable, and high‑performing ServiceNow platforms in complex enterprise environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

Architect and design end‑to‑end ServiceNow solutions aligned with business goals and enterprise architecture standards

Define and enforce ServiceNow architectural best practices, governance models, and technical standards

Lead technical design workshops and evaluate new ServiceNow capabilities to drive innovation and platform optimization

Design and oversee integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and JSON/XML

Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, resilient technical solutions

Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams on complex workflows, custom apps, and integrations

Ensure platform security, performance, and reliability through proactive risk management and continuous improvement





Develop and maintain architecture documentation, solution blueprints, and technical standards

Communicate architectural vision and technical strategy to senior leaders and executives

What My Client Is Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

ServiceNow certifications such as

CSA, CAD, or Implementation Specialist

(CTA is a strong asset)

7+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow experience, including solution architecture and technical leadership

Experience implementing

DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and source control

within ServiceNow

Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with strong attention to detail

Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence technical direction

Knowledge of

ITSM frameworks and ITIL (v3 or later)

is an asset

Exposure to other ITSM platforms is a plus
