Lead underground mining operations as a Mine Supervisor. Ensure safe production, team supervision, and compliance with operational policies in a remote, fly-in fly-out work environment.
As a Mine Supervisor, you'll report to the Mine Superintendent, directly overseeing daily operations. Your role involves supporting the mine manager and superintendent in achieving strategic goals, while fostering a strong safety and environmental culture. Engage with your team to promote best practices and continuous improvement in mining activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily mining operations and adherence to safety protocols
• Collaborate with management on strategic initiatives
• Lead and motivate the mine team effectively
• Implement safety training,



including JHAs
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety
Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12 with 5 years supervisory experience
• 10+ years in underground production mining environments
• 5+ years narrow vein production expertise
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Commitment to protected work practices and environmental compliance
