Job Overview: As a senior communications advisor, you promote the organization’s projects, policies, and programs by designing, developing, and sharing communications within Desjardins Group and with its members and clients. You establish and promote the organization’s online brand image by creating, managing, and updating social and digital media communications, serving as social media community manager. You lead complex and innovative development projects and strategic initiatives involving print media, linguistic services, and speechwriting. Your initiatives require extensive knowledge of your specialty area. You make recommendations on planning and execution of operationally and conceptually complex projects requiring comprehensive analysis. Coordination is critical, so you frequently interact with stakeholders from many fields. Interpersonal savvy is essential. You serve as specialist advisor and subject matter expert, coaching decision‑making bodies. Role Duration: Temporary position for 12 months. Responsibilities Lead specialized development projects, initiatives, and activities that significantly impact the entire organization Advise clients and partners to help them position, plan, develop, execute and monitor strategic communications projects and initiatives Develop and update policies, standards, models and programs to support your unit’s strategic projects and initiatives Identify,
