Inkeros is growing, and we’re looking for driven, ambitious individuals to join our team as Outbound Sales Specialists in Burnaby.
In this role, you’ll represent AT&T; Business Services , connecting with U.S.-based business clients through inside B2B sales. You’ll start with warm leads and quickly develop the skills to succeed in outbound prospecting—supported by ongoing training and a high-energy team environment.
What you’ll do
- Connect with business clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Present AT&T; products with confidence, clearly explaining value and benefits
- Manage warm leads while building skills in outbound cold outreach
- Build strong client relationships and handle inquiries professionally
- Accurately process sales and maintain customer records
- Participate in daily coaching and ongoing development sessions

What we’re looking for
- 1–2 years of sales experience preferred (not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
