We are seeking an experienced

OpenText Exstream

Consultant to design, develop, and support customer communication solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in OpenText Exstream (CCM) and experience delivering high-volume, personalized customer communications across multiple channels.

Required Skills

Robust experience with OpenText Exstream (Design Manager, Communications Server)

Hands-on experience in template design and document composition

Proficiency in data mapping (XML, JSON, flat files)

Experience with batch and on-demand document generation

Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations

Familiarity with SQL and database concepts

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop customer communication templates using OpenText Exstream





Configure and manage document composition, formatting, and output generation

Integrate Exstream with upstream/downstream systems using XML, JSON, and APIs

Work with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions

Perform testing, debugging, and performance tuning of Exstream applications

Support deployment, enhancements, and production issues

Ensure compliance, accuracy, and consistency in customer communications

Create and maintain technical documentation
