Job Requisition ID #26WD95619Position OverviewAutodesk access group responsible for connecting customers to their products and data, the team is driving the transformation of Autodesk's business models, account & user management. You will design and implement AI features to develop the platform. You will work with product managers, developers and operations to design, implement and maintain the platform and its roadmap.ResponsibilitiesDesign, code, test, debug and document new and existing components to ensure that software meets business, quality and operational needsDrive and participate in code and document reviews, mentoring team in best practicesInterpret and translate business needs to technical requirements and accurate estimatesEvaluate and recommend tools, technologies and processes to ensure the highest quality and performance is achievedWork with team to troubleshoot code level problems quickly and efficientlyApply deep technical expertise to resolve challenging programming and design problemsFocus on scalability, security and availability of all applications and processesContribute to the design and architecture to enable secure, scalable and maintainable softwareContribute to risk identification and risk mitigation strategies associated with the architectureContribute to technical roadmap and technical debt elimination, balancing time, resource,
and quality constraints to achieve business and strategic goals and requirementsMinimum Qualifications8-10+ years of professional experience with building API's using Python or Node.JsExperience with AI Agent tools & frameworksExperience building and integrating MCP toolsExcellent knowledge of REST API standards, Graph and web servicesExperience taking requirements to design and building reusable modulesExperience with debugging, troubleshooting and problem solving issuesBachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or related fieldPreferred QualificationsExperience building Agentic experiences and AI AutomationExperience with AWS Bedrock and StrandsExperience building and maintaining large scale production systemBuilding distributed asynchronous systemsExperience in AWS and services like SQS, SNS, Elastic Search, Dynamo DB, RDS, Elastic Cache etc.Demonstrates SDLC best practices in coding standards, code reviews, tests and deliveryFamiliar with Agile/Scrum, continuous integration/delivery, and modern development practicesThe Ideal CandidateYou are a talented Software Engineer who is passionate about code quality, usability, and technologyYou have owned design and mentored your team technicallyYou have a strong record of project execution and completion and have experience with scrum and agile development practicesYou are excited by the challenge of pushing the limits of the web platform to deliver disruptive, innovative solutions that will delight your customersAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For Canada-BC based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $131,000 and $191,400. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
