Oversee regulatory capital compliance as a Capital Compliance Program Lead. Manage end-to-end CAR compliance, governance approvals, and reporting while driving alignment across various business lines.

In this senior role, you will lead the execution of CAR compliance programs, ensuring timely completion and consistent documentation. You'll collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including Risk and Finance teams, while supporting regulator-facing initiatives. Your expertise will guide effective risk management and decision-making throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead annual CAR Self-Assessment Process execution • Drive clarity on paragraph ownership across teams • Support regulator-facing SAP requirements and initiatives • Enhance compliance issue monitoring and reporting • Act as a subject matter expert on relevant regulations

Requirements: • 7+ years in compliance or regulatory capital • Solid knowledge of OSFI CAR and governance • Proven leadership in multi-stakeholder processes • Excellent stakeholder management and communication • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
