Corporate Events Project Coordinator (PCO)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (37.5 hours/week; overtime possible during events)

Role Overview
Seeking a Corporate Events Project Coordinator (PCO) to support the planning and execution of high-profile global events for executive leadership. This role focuses on coordinating event logistics, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring seamless delivery of corporate events across multiple regions and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end coordination of corporate events including executive offsites, town halls, and global meetings
Manage event logistics such as invitations, registration platforms, attendance tracking, and scheduling
Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables for multiple concurrent events
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and global teams to ensure alignment and execution
Support budget tracking, expense management, and financial reporting for events
Assist in execution of event communications and marketing touchpoints
Provide on-site support during events to ensure successful delivery
Track milestones, risks,
and dependencies to ensure timely execution
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in corporate events coordination or project coordination (PCO)
Strong project coordination skills with experience managing multiple initiatives
Experience supporting logistics for large-scale or executive-level events
Robust financial acumen with experience tracking budgets and expenses
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (MS Teams)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
Nice to Have
Experience working with C-suite executives
Experience coordinating global events across multiple time zones
Background in enterprise or large-scale corporate environments
