In this role, you will enhance mental health strategies within the policing sector. You will translate psychological research and organizational insights into effective initiatives, working closely with various teams to ensure alignment with operational goals. Through your expertise, you will provide evidence-informed guidance and help develop evaluation methods to measure the impact of these initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design and improvement of mental health initiatives • Build relationships across departments for alignment • Provide trauma-aware consultation to leadership • Develop evaluation methods for prevention programming • Ensure ethical, trauma-informed practices in guidance
Requirements: • Master’s degree in applied psychology or related field • Minimum 3 years in organizational psychology roles • Active registration with College of Alberta Psychologists • Experience in trauma-exposed sectors preferred • Solid collaboration and communication skills
