Product Demonstration Manager
The Product Demonstration Manager is responsible for planning, organizing and executing the Sales Support activities in terms of demo’s and mail orders and for managing professional demonstrations to customers in Mississauga Local Competence Center and at local exhibitions, in a one language approach with the Application department in HQ Mortsel.
You will be responsible for planning activities in Demo room and manage equipment while making sure standards in inkjet experience center are top notch.

What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute the demo and mail-order requests via the HQ booking tool and take care of status communication with the local Sales team to guarantee maximum sales support service.
- Apply application procedures and processes in alignment with HQ Mortsel to use the same application language in HQ/Mississauga.
- Collaborate with sales/marketing to define demo scripts and the layout of the sales sample kits in cooperation with the HQ worldwide demo center.
- Give professional demonstrations in the Mississauga Competence Center and at worldwide exhibitions.
- Process sample requests, print mail-orders and sales sample kits, validate print quality prior to customer shipment, package and make ready for shipment.
- Plan sales and application trainings to share product information and train the worldwide inkjet system specialists and the sales force.
- Use the demo sign‑off process to provide a signed reference of the system quality to the customer.
- Order media/inks, accessories, refreshments and provide demo room requirements to the line manager.
- Treat customers in a very professional way, deliver maximum quality and manage every (difficult) customer situation.
- Gather customer/sales remarks during demonstrations and report them to the different project teams.
- Co‑ordinate with external vendors like Esko to manage demo room items.
- Plan service activities in the Demo room to keep machines in top form and plan break/fixes.
- With line manager approval,
accept marketing activities linked to promotion of sales only.
Who You Are
- Bachelor degree in Graphic Arts, Electro mechanics, engineering or equivalent by experience.
- Experience in Inkjet Printing Systems and Applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (Fluent English).
