HRIS Support & Optimization

Champion the seamless management and optimization of HR systems, ensuring flawless data accuracy, swift troubleshooting, and full compliance

Empower users with expert support, dynamic training, and crystal‑clear documentation

Craft impactful HR reports and intuitive dashboards that fuel strategic business decisions

Partner with HR and finance to uncover automation opportunities and elevate system capabilities

Spearhead system upgrades, rigorous testing, and robust data security measures

Drive transformative HR initiatives and continuous process enhancements for lasting impact

HR Operations & Employee Experience

Deliver flawless administrative support across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee record‑keeping

Act as a responsive liaison,



swiftly addressing employee inquiries while ensuring impeccable digital file management aligned with retention standards

Craft polished HR documents and presentations, driving smooth execution of key projects and initiatives

Key Qualifications

Bilingual proficiency in French and English is a strong asset

Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Technology, Business Administration, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience

Minimum 5 years of hands‑on HRIS experience

Proficient with Google Suite and robust overall computer literacy

Experience with HRIS platforms such as ADP, Workday, Dayforce, SAP (Success Factor) and/or UKG is highly desirable

Workplace Setting

Hybrid model: 3 days in‑office, 2 days remote

Position can be based in either Calgary or Mississauga office
