Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure safe working conditions for all team members
• Begin shifts on time with complete team attendance
• Direct job assignments during the shift
• Confirm completion of quality checks and inspections
• Manage compliance with quality and safety policies
Requirements:
• Grade 12 education; post-secondary preferred
• 3-5 years experience in production necessary
• 2 years in a leadership role advantageous
• Proficient in basic geometry and measurements
• Solid command of the English language required
