Key Responsibilities:



• Mentor Mechanical Design Engineers and provide technical guidance • Oversee all aspects of mold design from concept to completion • Approve designs for manufacturability and compliance • Manage project priorities and resource allocation • Collaborate with Manufacturing and Quality teams for improvements

Requirements: • Mechanical Engineering degree or similar qualifications • 8–10 years in mechanical/design engineering roles • Minimum of 3–5 years managing engineering teams • Experience in regulated environments like ISO and GMP • Advanced CAD expertise and strong organizational skills
