In this supervisory role, you will manage day-to-day warehouse activities from 4:30 PM to 12:00 AM. Key responsibilities include supervising inbound and outbound shipments, developing work schedules, and ensuring operational efficiency. You will actively engage with team members and upper management to enhance performance and workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise warehouse personnel to meet production goals
• Develop shipping and receiving schedules for efficiency
• Oversee all shipments ensuring timely processing




• Provide coaching and feedback to enhance team performance
• Maintain safety standards and report compliance issues
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Supply Chain or related field, or 1-5 years supervisory experience
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems preferred
• Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
