? Contexte du mandat

Notre client, un acteur important du secteur financier, est actuellement engagé dans un projet structurant impliquant l’intégration d’une solution financière externe (réconciliation transactionnelle / back-office).

Dans ce contexte, le client a décidé de rapatrier la coordination des tests à l’interne, créant ainsi un besoin critique pour un profil senior capable de prendre le lead rapidement.

? Description du rôle

Nous recherchons un(e) Chargé(e) de projet senior avec une forte orientation coordination des tests et qualité, capable d’évoluer à la fois dans la gestion et dans l’opérationnel.

Le rôle nécessite une approche hands-on, avec une présence active sur le terrain, en collaboration étroite avec plusieurs équipes TI et partenaires.

? Responsabilités principales

- Prendre en charge la coordination globale des activités de tests
- Comprendre et challenger les scénarios de tests fonctionnels et d’intégration
- Assurer le lien entre les équipes :
- TI
- QA
- partenaires externes
- équipes d’affaires
- Suivre l’avancement, identifier les risques et assurer les escalades
- Participer activement à la qualité des livrables, au-delà du simple suivi
- Contribuer à la structuration des pratiques de tests dans le projet

✅ Profil recherché

? Expérience & expertise

- Expérience significative comme Chargé de projet senior ou coordonnateur QA / tests
- Expérience en coordination de tests dans des environnements complexes
- Bonne compréhension des systèmes TI et des intégrations




- Expérience en contexte financier : un atout (non obligatoire)

? Compétences clés

- Capacité à être hands-on (pas uniquement gestion)
- Excellente capacité de coordination multi-équipes
- Solide compréhension des enjeux QA et validation
- Autonomie, rigueur et proactivité

?️ Environnement technologique

- Outils de gestion : Jira ou Azure DevOps (fort atout)
- Expérience QA : fortement appréciée
- Automatisation des tests : non requise

- Temps plein
- Mode hybride : ~2 jours/semaine sur site (Montreal)
- Démarrage rapide requis
- Mandat jusqu’à janvier avec possibilité de prolongation

? Role Description





We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a solid focus on test coordination and quality, capable of excelling in both management and operational roles.

The role requires a hands-on approach, with an active presence on the ground, working closely with multiple IT teams and partners.

? Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the overall coordination of testing activities
- Understand and challenge functional and integration test scenarios
- Serve as the liaison between teams:
- IT
- QA
- external partners
- business teams
- Track progress, identify risks, and ensure proper escalation
- Actively contribute to the quality of deliverables, beyond simple monitoring
- Help structure testing practices within the project

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile

? Experience & Expertise

- Significant experience as a Senior Project Manager or QA/Testing Coordinator
- Experience coordinating testing in complex environments
- Strong understanding of IT systems and integrations
- Experience in the financial sector: a plus (not required)

? Key Skills

- Ability to be hands-on (not just management)
- Excellent cross-team coordination skills
- Solid understanding of QA and validation issues
- Independence, thoroughness, and proactivity

?️ Technology Environment

- Management tools: Jira or Azure DevOps (strong asset)
- QA experience: highly valued

? Assignment terms

- Full-time
- Hybrid model: ~2 days/week on-site (Montreal)
