Deliver exceptional client enablement as an IFRS 9 Platform Analyst. In this hybrid role, you'll ensure comprehensive support and operational excellence in financial reporting processes.
In this position, you'll support credit unions in utilizing the IFRS 9 National Reporting & Analytics Platform, leveraging your 2+ years of experience in client support or analytics to resolve inquiries and facilitate smooth onboarding processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting QA on model outputs and collaborating with technical teams to analyze data quality issues, all while updating documentation for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide timely responses to client inquiries • Support onboarding processes through data validation • Conduct QA procedures and investigate reporting variances • Analyze data quality issues with technical teams • Update operational documentation and recommend improvements
Requirements: • 2+ years’ experience in client support or analytics • Relevant education in finance or a related field • Strong skills in Excel and structured troubleshooting • Knowledge of IFRS 9 concepts is a plus • Robust organizational and communication abilities
