Job Description

- Plan , direct, and evaluate the operations of wholesale and retail sales establishments or departments within such establishments.
- Manage personnel and delegate responsibilities.
- Investigate market research and trends to ascertain consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors’ operations on sales.
- Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, as well as the pricing and credit policies to be followed.
- Find, select, and purchase merchandise for resale.




- Develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Plan budgets and authorize expenditures.
- Determine staffing needs and hire or supervise the hiring of personnel.

Requirements

- Secondary school completion is required.
- A university degree or a college diploma in business administration or a related field to the product or service being sold may be required.
- Several years of related retail sales experience at increasing levels of responsibility are required.
- Natural leadership skills.
- Outstanding customer service abilities.

Terms of Employment:

- Full time
- Permanent Position
- 40 hours per week

Salary: $30.00 - $33.23 per hour
