Your 3 to 5 years of experience will be crucial for managing employee relations and mentoring a skilled HR team. You’ll also facilitate training programs and ensure a cooperative atmosphere among union members and management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide HR support to corporate departments
• Advise on labor issues and internal policies
• Promote cooperation among management and employees
• Identify and facilitate training programs
• Analyze employee metrics for improvements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Business Administration, HR preferred
• 3–5 years of HR experience required
• CPHR certification an asset
• Intermediate MS Office skills
• Clean driver’s abstract and security check
