With approximately 5 years of relevant experience, you'll lead recruitment initiatives and optimize team workflows to create effective customer service processes while ensuring compliance and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Hire and prepare new team members for success
• Analyze team performance through data collection
• Propose improvements to support tools and systems
• Address customer service escalations and challenges




• Conduct monthly presentations of action plans
Requirements:
• 5 years in call center and software support management
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and chatbot systems
• Bachelor’s or Master's in a relevant field
• Solid analytical skills and leadership qualities
• Basic knowledge of web development practices
