with 5+ years of courtroom and litigation experience to take on a substantial caseload and help lead high-impact files with confidence and autonomy. Your Key Responsibilities

Manage a full caseload of complex family law matters from intake through to resolution or trial





Appear regularly before the Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court of Justice

Develop case strategies and lead negotiations, mediations, motions, and trials

Draft and review separation agreements, cohabitation/prenuptial agreements, and court pleadings

Provide clear, strategic legal advice to clients facing high-conflict or high-stakes matters

Collaborate with colleagues and mentor junior lawyers where applicable

Who You Are

A lawyer in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario

5+ years post-call experience focused on family law litigation

Proven track record of managing files independently, including trials and contested hearings

Strong knowledge of the Family Law Rules and Ontario litigation procedures

Excellent written and oral advocacy skills

Organized, self-directed, and motivated to deliver excellent results

Comfortable using legal tech tools and practice management software (e.g. LEAP, DivorceMate)
