As an Operations Supervisor at DHL Supply Chain in Calgary, AB, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouses. Your responsibilities go beyond daily management – you will be instrumental in implementing processes to optimize warehouse operations, guiding frontline associates, and fostering a secure and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of frontline associates through coaching, guidance, and support while fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging.
- Take proactive measures to uphold compliance with health and safety regulations and foster a culture of heightened safety awareness.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.




- Provide regular reports and analysis to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for enhancing warehouse operations.
- Foster open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates to promote transparency, alignment, and teamwork.
- Implement process improvements to optimize overall warehouse operations and efficiency.

Required Education and Experience

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
- 1+ years of operations experience in a lead, supervisor, or management role (preferred).
- 1+ years of logistics industry experience (preferred).
- Staff management, workload planning, objective setting, and organizational skills (preferred).

Salary range: $62,000 – $75,000 per year with bonus potential. This is an on-site position located in Calgary, AB, Canada.
