In this impactful role, you will support Relationship Managers in managing client portfolios while ensuring adherence to the bank's risk culture. Your responsibilities encompass improving service delivery, client onboarding, and maintaining detailed client records. Engage actively in fostering positive client interactions and identifying opportunities for operational improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as primary liaison for client inquiries and service
• Support preparation and customization of client reports
• Facilitate the onboarding process for current clients
• Evaluate and recommend enhancements for client experiences
• Assist in managing compliance with internal policies
Requirements:
• University degree in a relevant field or equivalent
• At least two years of experience in client services
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of investment products and markets
• Proven ability to achieve results with integrity
