Elevate technology operations as a Principal Engineer specializing in intelligent operations and observability. Drive incident management and enhance monitoring capabilities in a cooperative, high-pressure environment.

This principal level role emphasizes operational leadership during technology incidents, ensuring rapid service restoration and system monitoring. You will significantly contribute to operational tooling improvements, incident response strategies, and the overall maturity of the Technology Operations Center. Collaboration with technical teams and service providers will be vital to enhance service visibility and resilience.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead operational oversight during incidents and service issues • Administer and enhance operational tooling for monitoring • Implement continuous improvements in operational processes • Shape incident response practices and standards

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field required • 10-12 years of relevant experience • Proficient in managing performance monitoring tools • Strong analytical skills with incident management experience • Relevant certifications in IT service and operations preferred
