In this team-oriented role, you will work within the Research Security team, managing processes and education in line with recent regulatory changes. You'll conduct due diligence, apply legal frameworks, and craft training materials for research personnel. Building relationships with stakeholders across universities and government agencies will be key in facilitating research security best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage training and education on research security matters
• Oversee workflow processes for compliance obligations
• Conduct open-source due diligence for research studies
• Develop quality assurance and monitoring initiatives
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or Law required
• 5+ years in regulatory compliance or equivalent
• Experience in policy analysis and research administration
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal abilities with conflict resolution skills
