You produce outstanding business results by leading and inspiring a high performing team to drive operational efficiency and excellent standards. You demonstrate great leadership through recruiting, training, and coaching your team members. You maximize the store’s profitability by achieving and surpassing sales and productivity targets.QualificationsHigh school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline, an asset 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing setting,
