We are looking for who has positive operation support experience along with Data Access Management tools and data categorization.
Below are the specific experience that the team is looking for along with DAM exposure.
1. Access Governance & Control
- understanding end‑to‑end user access lifecycle: provisioning, modification, and de‑provisioning.
- Should know Role‑Based Access Control (RBAC), Attribute‑Based Access Control (ABAC), and least‑privilege models.
- Must aware of compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements
2. Operations Support & Incident Handling
- Provide L1/L2 operational support for access-related issues, incidents, and service requests.
- Perform root-cause analysis for recurring access failures and drive permanent corrective actions.
- Escalate complex security and access issues to engineering or platform teams as needed.
- Adhere to defined SLAs, response timelines, and operational KPIs.
3. Tools & Platforms Experience
- Unix platform
- Active Directory / Azure Active Directory
- ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
- SIEM tools for access log monitoring (Splunk, QRadar, etc.)
