This role requires a proactive approach to assist in the scheduling of music lessons and responding to parent inquiries. You will work directly with students, help with managing overdue accounts, and contribute to updating records. Assisting with recitals adds a creative touch to this administrative position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and register music students efficiently
• Communicate with parents and teachers via phone
• Manage payments and delinquent accounts
• Update and maintain student records
• Assist during recitals and report tasks
Requirements:
• One year of instrumental music study required
• Understanding of musical instruments is essential
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Solid customer service and communication abilities
• Competency in computer and clerical tasks
