Gain hands-on experience in project coordination as an intern. Assist Project Managers in the Vancouver office and develop your skills in cost management, scheduling, and client communication.
This internship offers an exceptional opportunity for students currently enrolled in an Engineering or Architecture degree program. You'll support experienced Project Managers and coordinators on diverse projects while gaining exposure to all phases of design and construction management. Mentorship from our Project Management team will help you grow in a collaborative workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with preparation of cost and schedule management
• Track project communications with clients and stakeholders
• Prepare and distribute meeting notes and correspondences




• Conduct QA/QC activities in document control
• Participate in team activities with architects and engineers
Requirements:
• Enrolled in a university degree program in Engineering or Architecture
• Strong organizational and planning skills under deadlines
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and maintain productivity
