About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Procurement Techno‑Functional Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS) with a focus on Procurement modules, including iProcurement, Purchasing, Sourcing, Inventory, and iSupplier. This role requires a blend of technical and functional expertise to lead and support procurement solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. The candidate will also be responsible for managing and delivering L1.5 and L3 support services.

This role requires in‑office presence at client location in Victoria (BC) 1–2 times/week.

Key Responsibilities

Provide end‑to‑end support for Oracle EBS Procurement modules, including iProcurement, Purchasing, Sourcing, Inventory, and iSupplier.

Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical and functional solutions.





Develop and customise Oracle EBS workflows, reports, and interfaces to meet business needs.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues in Oracle Procurement modules.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other Oracle EBS modules.

Act as the first point of escalation for complex issues that cannot be resolved by L1 support and perform root‑cause analysis for recurring issues.

Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.

Assist in user training and provide guidance on best practices for using Oracle Procurement modules.

Document resolutions and update knowledge‑base articles to improve L1 support efficiency.

Handle critical and high‑priority incidents requiring advanced technical expertise.

Design and implement system enhancements, patches, and upgrades in collaboration with the development team.

Conduct impact analysis for changes and ensure minimal disruption to business operations.

Lead the resolution of integration issues between Oracle Procurement modules and other systems.

Provide strategic recommendations for system optimisation and process improvements.

Lead and mentor a team of technical and functional consultants.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and align solutions with organisational goals.

Ensure timely delivery of projects and support services while maintaining high‑quality standards.

Communicate effectively with clients, team members,



and management to provide updates and resolve issues.

Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, customisations, and support activities.

Ensure compliance with organisational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline.

Strong expertise in Oracle EBS Procurement modules: iProcurement, Purchasing, Sourcing, Inventory, and iSupplier.

5+ years of proven experience in a techno‑functional role, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and business teams.

Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Workflow Builder.

Experience with Oracle Forms, Reports and Interfaces.

Solid problem‑solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in leading on‑shore/off‑shore teams.

Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Procurement modules is a plus.

Certification in Oracle EBS or related technologies.

Compensation Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full‑time employment, for roles that may be hired as described below. The base‑pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role. It does not represent a maximum limit – in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.

Role location: British Columbia / Ontario – Annual salary range $69,450 to $119,450.
