THE ROLE
This is a hybrid outbound sales and customer success role with a mandate to help build how we sell.
You’ll generate new business, grow existing accounts, and help tighten how sales, service, and marketing work together.
You’ll report directly to the President and have real influence on how the commercial function evolves.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Own a clear set of outcomes - and the activity required to hit them.
- Build and manage a healthy outbound pipeline across Atlantic Canada
- Maintain consistent weekly activity (calls, emails, meetings, site visits) to generate qualified opportunities
- Develop long‑term relationships with operations leaders, facility managers, contractors, and institutional clients in a tight‑knit, local market
- Earn trust through reliability, follow‑through, and explicit communication - this is a relationship‑driven environment
- Identify and close upgrade, replacement, and new install opportunities
- Grow existing accounts into recurring service, inspection, and monitoring revenue
- Stay ahead of customer needs (lifecycle, compliance, replacements)
- Keep CRM accurate and forecasting reliable
This is a role with clear expectations around activity, pipeline, and outcomes. You’ll be expected to manage your time, maintain momentum,
and deliver consistently in a role where performance is visible.

WHAT YOU BRING
- Experience in B2B sales or account management
- Ability to prospect and build pipeline consistently
- Strong communication and relationship skills
- Discipline with CRM, follow‑through, and organization
- Curiosity to learn technical systems (training provided)
- Willingness to travel across Atlantic Canada
