Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the full month-end close process
• Execute balance sheet and key account reconciliations
• Review Accounts Payable for accuracy and compliance
• Manage payroll accuracy and reporting alignment
• Identify process improvement opportunities
Requirements:
• 10–12+ years of accounting experience required
• CPA designation preferred or near completion
• Experience in product-based or manufacturing environments
• Proven ability to lead audit processes
• Familiarity with tools like Xero and Expensify
