Responsibilities
- Create content for training - management, technical and/or soft skills.
- Co-facilitate training programs and also lead training programs in a volunteer setting.
- Document employee experiences and follow-up with training effectiveness.
- Assist HR Lead (Learning & Development) to map learning needs across management levels and various committees.
- Assist in learning analytics using learning frameworks (ADDIE, OKR, Kirkpatrick) and Google feedback forms.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in training facilitation
- Minimum 1 year of experience in training content creation
- Diploma/certifications/degree in Adult Learning Principles/Instructional Design preferred
- Good training facilitation skills
- Public speaking skills
- Compatibility with Google Suite & Slack communication tools
- Ability to connect with diverse learning audiences
- Must currently reside in Canada
- Availability to attend training events and meetings during the evenings on weekdays
- Room for advancement and growth within the organization to serve as a board member
This is a part time and unpaid volunteer position (10 - 15 hours per week).
