Lead safety programs as a dedicated Safety and Compliance Manager. Ensure effective health and safety practices while managing compliance across multiple sites and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining compliance with regulations such as Ontario MOL and OSHA. Collaborating closely with manufacturing teams, you’ll enhance safety culture through tailored training and proactive risk management. Your hands-on approach will help elevate safety standards and accountability across operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee compliance with health and environmental regulations
• Lead safety audits and inspections
• Facilitate training sessions for employees and leaders




• Manage hazardous waste and environmental permits
• Conduct thorough incident investigations and drive corrective actions
Requirements:
• 5–8 years in EHS roles within industrial settings
• Expertise in Ontario MOL, WSIB regulations
• Relevant Bachelor's degree required
• Experience in coaching and safety program delivery
• EHS certification is a plus
