Manage key client relationships effectively as a Commercial Account Executive. Negotiate contracts, forecast customer volumes, and resolve issues to ensure seamless sales execution.
In this crucial role, you will oversee commercial interactions with assigned accounts. Your responsibilities include aligning client commitments with the company's strategic objectives and effectively communicating with internal teams. A strong emphasis will be placed on problem-solving and analytical skills as you work closely with sales, operations, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary contact for commercial discussions
• Resolve sales execution issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with Trading on sales transaction execution




• Forecast intake volumes for planning purposes
• Maintain information on relevant market trends
Requirements:
• 4-5 years of management experience
• 2-3 years of refinery experience preferred
• Excellent English communication skills; Spanish is a plus
• Solid analytical and organizational abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Maximize client satisfaction through effective negotiation and issue resolution, serving as a trusted relationship manager.
