Overview

On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Recruitment Coordinator for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate candidate in-person and virtual interviews, including scheduling and logistics
- Manage candidate expenses and travel arrangements
- Communicate requirements to interns and new analysts and manage paperwork
- Assist campus recruiting leads with booking spaces and organizing events
- Create event invitations, resume bundles, and interviewer packets
- Plan and execute Early ID Programs and Summer Internship Programs

Mandatory Skills

- Graduate from or currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or Organizational Studies
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint,



Word, Outlook)
- Strong internet skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Keen attention to detail

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Experience with an ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Robust business acumen
- Motivation to stay abreast of emerging diversity trends
- Problem-solving skills

Assignment Length

This is a 12-month temporary position.

Assignment Location

Toronto, Ontario, Canada, with a hybrid arrangement requiring 4 days in the office.
