We are currently working with a well-established private physiotherapy clinic in Windsor that is looking to bring on a high-potential Physiotherapist to join their team.

This is more than just a clinical role. The clinic owner is looking for someone who wants to grow into a leadership position over time, with the potential to step into ownership or equity in the future.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Deliver one-on-one physiotherapy assessments and treatment plans
- Work with a diverse caseload, including neurological and complex rehab cases
- Build strong relationships with patients and contribute to long-term care plans
- Collaborate within a supportive clinic environment
- Gradually take on increased responsibility within the clinic as you grow

What We’re Looking For

- Registered (or eligible)



Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Solid clinical foundation with interest in neurological and/or complex rehab
- Motivated, reliable, and patient-focused
- Someone who is thinking long-term and open to growth into leadership or ownership
- New grads welcome, but must demonstrate strong drive and commitment
