Optimize manufacturing workflows as a Process Specialist. You will lead initiatives that focus on enhancing efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness in production systems.
In this collaborative role, you will partner with the Production Manager to introduce improvements in processes and equipment. Your efforts in implementing Lean/Six Sigma methods will aim to reduce waste and promote safety standards. By coordinating product upgrades and participating in capital project assessments, you will ensure high-quality outputs and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement manufacturing process improvements to boost efficiency
• Coordinate product upgrades and layout documentation




• Validate quality in collaboration with Operations and R&D;
• Manage safety assessments and contractor activities
• Drive preventive maintenance and breakdown analysis
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technologist Diploma
• 3–5 years of relevant engineering experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD
• Robust analytical and communication skills
• Experience with Lean manufacturing is preferred
