Maintenance Mechanic – Full TimeLocations: Mississauga & WoodbridgeKelly Services is partnering with a leading food manufacturing company to hire skilled Maintenance Mechanics across multiple facilities in Mississauga, Concord, and Woodbridge. If you enjoy hands‑on mechanical work, solving problems on the fly, and keeping production running smoothly, this is a great chance to advance your career.About the RoleAs a Maintenance Mechanic, you’ll provide mechanical support across processing, packaging, and facility operations. You’ll troubleshoot equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and work closely with production teams to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous operation of the plant.Shift & PayRotating continental shifts (either 6am–6pm / 6pm–6am or 7am–7pm / 7pm–7am, depending on location)Pay rate: $38.75–$43.25 per hour, based on experienceShift premiums: +$1.00/hr for night shifts & +$2.00/hr for weekend shiftsWhat You’ll Be DoingRepair, install, modify, and maintain machinery and equipment in processing and packagingDiagnose mechanical issues and provide effective, timely solutionsPerform preventative maintenance, safety inspections, and major equipment overhaulsOperate machine shop tools (drill press, grinder, saws, etc.)Support equipment setup, takedown, and relocationAssist production with equipment setup and troubleshooting during shiftsMaintain a clean, organized maintenance shop and toolboxComplete electronic shift reports and work orders using CMMS (SAP)Order and track parts, support inventory management,
