As aSalesforce Senior Consultant — Financial Services at Plative, you will advise and lead the delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions by translating complex business needs into high-impact implementations. You will play a senior role in helping customers adopt Salesforce Service and Sales Cloud, with a core focus on implementing Agentforce solutions. In this role, you will architect and deploy autonomous AI agents that streamline workflows and enable seamless human-to-agent handoffs, ensuring our clients stay at the forefront of AI-driven customer success. You will act as a knowledgeable liaison with client executive stakeholders, uncover business requirements, develop technical strategies, and create effective solutions that address the client’s requirements. As part of the Plative Innovation Services team, you will be building out and executing a long-term innovation roadmap for our clients’ Salesforce journey across multiple Salesforce products.

Responsibilities

Liaise with Financial Services clients on an ongoing basis to maintain and develop business relationships, ensure satisfaction with services provided, and identify opportunities for further growth.

Lead discovery sessions and business discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions.

Run sessions with internal team members to deeply understand business requirements and perform business process analysis.

Advise clients on Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud capabilities, configurations, and best practices.

Take a hands‑on approach to architecture, troubleshooting, and providing solutions for simple and complex business requirements.

Identify automation opportunities, leveraging Agentforce to build and deploy autonomous agents that enhance operational efficiency across Service and Sales Clouds.

Design and deliver Salesforce solutions, including customizations, automation, integrations, and third‑party tools.

Conduct workshops, document requirements, and manage implementation backlogs.

Collaborate with internal delivery teams to configure, test,



and deploy Salesforce solutions while raising project limitations and risks early.

Conduct solution demonstrations, communicating business value while addressing technical and functional questions.

Act as a senior functional advisor, recommending new Salesforce features and enhancements.

Support build vs. buy decisions for third‑party applications and integrations.

Develop and contribute to data migration and/or system integration strategy.

Guide testing approach, both for internal QA and UAT.

Lead and facilitate project management duties to drive the success of client engagements, following the Plative Innovation Services project methodology.

Work with multiple clients simultaneously to deliver innovative enhancements and solutions.

Required Qualifications

5 years of Salesforce consulting experience, with proven expertise in requirements gathering, solution design, and client‑facing delivery.

Experience leading end‑to‑end Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud implementations.

Hands‑on experience with Agentforce to architect, configure, and deploy autonomous AI agents to streamline service and sales workflows.

Deep understanding of the Salesforce core data model, security, automation, and configuration.

Proficiency with Salesforce Flows and declarative automation.

Salesforce Administrator Certification.

Salesforce Sales, Service, and/or Experience Cloud Consultant Certification.

Project management experience with the ability to lead cross‑functional consulting teams.

Excellent client skills and customer relationship management skills, including engagement with executive stakeholders.





Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have (Not Required)

Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Accreditation.

Experience with Financial Services.

Data visualization experience with Tableau or CRM Analytics (CRMA).

Understanding of related third‑party tools within the Financial Services space.

Track record of delivering numerous complex Salesforce projects.

Exposure to quoting, pricing, or order‑to‑cash processes.

Integration experience between Salesforce and ERP systems such as NetSuite.

Familiarity with document generation or e‑signature tools (e.g., Conga, Nintex, DocuSign).
