Drive excellence in a Women's Hockey program as an Assistant Coach. Engage in strategic recruitment, athlete development, and community involvement, supporting the vision of a competitive U SPORTS team.
This position reports to the Head Coach and includes responsibilities in practice planning and operation management. Candidates should possess coaching experience within competitive environments and a dedication to enhancing student-athlete experiences. Flexibility for travel and working hours is critical for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support strategic planning and administration for the program
• Plan and organize daily practices and communications
• Conduct tactical game preparation and scouting
• Manage travel arrangements for the team




• Assist in student-athlete recruitment and support
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience necessary
• Minimum of 1-2 years coaching in high-performance contexts
• NCCP Level 2 or equivalent experience preferred
• Proven knowledge of competitive coaching strategies
• Robust organizational and judgement skills essential
