VP Construction
Job Summary:
Our client, in the GTA, is looking for a VP of Construction to join their team!
Responsibilities:

- Combine your knowledge of Development and Construction Management – handling tasks involving cost controlling, timelines, budgeting, leadership and technical know-how from conception to completion
- Present progress reports and meetings to multiple stakeholders, as well as managing day-to-day
- Attend meetings, track progress, document milestones and ensure completion, in compliance with regulations, and overseeing a clean and secure site

Qualifications:

- P.Eng preferred (Engineering, Architecture, Construction etc.)
- 10-15 years of construction management experience
- Ability to lead and motivate people
- Strong technical expertise and communication skills
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Project Management experience a must (MBA and/or PMP ideal)
- Entrepreneurial drive and self-motivated
