You’ll be joining a high-performing, growth-oriented advisory team that operates with a boutique, entrepreneurial feel , backed by a leading financial institution.

The team currently manages ~$500M in assets under management , bringing a solid and stable client base, while continuing to grow rapidly by onboarding 30–50 new clients annually .

Key Responsibilities

Support and help manage discretionary investment portfolios (equities & fixed income)

Contribute to asset allocation, investment strategy, and security selection

Monitor markets, economic trends, and portfolio performance

Prepare and present client-ready reports and recommendations





Participate in client meetings and ongoing relationship management

Communicate directly with clients regarding:

Investment recommendations

Identify opportunities to grow assets and deepen client relationships

Collaborate with a broader team including:

Wealth Specialists

Help improve internal processes and scalability as the business grows

What They’re Looking For

3+ years in wealth management, portfolio management, or investment advisory

Strong understanding of public markets (equities & fixed income)

CIRO / Registered Representative (RR) licensing (or eligible)

Professional designations are an asset (CFA, CIM)

Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills

Ideal Profile
