Safety-Kleen in London, ON is seeking a Service Representative (DZ licensed) to join their safety conscious team! The SSR will be responsible for daily waste pickup and delivery services at customer sites, along with executing sales-driven tasks such as upselling, cross-selling and generating new leads for SK products and services. You will drive our sustainability mission by providing excellent service to our customers while promoting and delivering Safety-Kleen products and services.

Health & Safety Compliance

- Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes, and always acting in a safe manner.
- Follow all Federal, Provincial, and local environmental and transportation regulations (TDG).
- Safely operate company vehicles in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Route Service / Operations

- Ensure that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes, and always acting in a safe/compliant manner.
- Drive the Box Truck to different customer sites for waste collection.
- Complete daily scheduled services, deliveries, and pick-ups in a timely manner.
- Transport waste back to a branch.




- May visit 10-12 customer sites per day.
- Pickup/deliver waste services, making drop offs to our disposal facilities.
- Switch out 15‑ & 30‑gallon drums of solutions.
- Service parts washer machines and clean out sediment from sinks.
- Services automotive repair, fleets, and manufacturing type businesses.

Sales Related

- Upsell products/additional services, generating new sales leads.
- Sell additional products and services into existing accounts.
- Maintain accurate records using Customer Relationship Management systems (CRM).
- Actively prospect for new accounts in assigned route.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Work with route drivers to convert new sales opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver customer quotes.
- Other duties as required.

Qualifications

- Motivated and dedicated to strengthening, maintaining, and building customer relationships.
- Valid Class DZ license is highly preferred.
- Experience driving straight trucks (manual transmission) highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG).
- Environmental services or hazardous waste experience highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is an asset.
- Physically able to perform job duties.
