Join a supportive Purchasing team as a part-time Commercial Purchasing Agent, available three days per week. Manage delivery requests, maintain POS+ data, and optimize vendor communication effectively.
This role is essential in streamlining purchasing operations. You will handle delivery change requests, oversee project timelines in the CRM system, and ensure accurate vendor order reports. Your analytical skills will be crucial in problem-solving and enhancing project efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage delivery change requests for projects
• Update and maintain POS+ (CRM) system data
• Review vendor order reports and address past-due items
• Prepare weekly vendor award and decline reports
• Perform additional required duties
Requirements:
• Availability for part time, three days a week
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Access skills
• Minimum College Diploma in Logistics or related field
